Training Guarantee

At Computers In Design Inc. we are confident you will be satisfied with our training. We offer individualized, hands-on training and we adapt our materials to the different needs of students in each class.

However, if during the first class of a multi-day course, or the first hour of a one day course, you feel that you have made the wrong training choice, you may leave the class, and receive a full refund, minus the $50 cancellation fee.

Payment and Refund Policy

Computers In Design, Inc., has several training policies and we ask you review them before signing up for a class.

Payment:
Payment for each class is due no later than one week before the first day of class. We will not allow students to sit in on any part of a class until full payment is received.

Cancellation Fee:

Retail Students
If for whatever reason you need to cancel your training with us, we require you to give us no less than two weeks notice. Any scheduled training that is canceled within two weeks prior to the first day of class will be charged a nonrefundable $50 cancellation fee.

Corporate Clients
If for whatever reason you need to cancel your training with us,we require you to give us no less than ten days notice. Any scheduled training that is canceled within ten days prior to the first day of class will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.

Reformatting:
The prices listed with each course description are based on a class size of three to six students. Any class that does not have at least three students registered will be reformatted to 12 hours. The same content is covered but with fewer students in the class, the material is covered at a faster rate.
