About Our Graphic and Web Design Training
Computers In Design offers classes in graphic design, desktop publishing and web design using programs such as Adobe® Photoshop®, Adobe Illustrator®, Quark XPress®, Macromedia® Flash™, and Macromedia Dreamweaver Studio®. Our students learn the necessary skills to get ahead in today's competitive, high-tech job market. Textbooks and handouts are provided.

About Our CAD Training
Computers In Design offers architecturally focused classes in Autodesk® AutoCAD®, Autodesk Architectural Desktop®, and 3D Studio VIZ®. All of our CAD instructors are Autodesk certified instructors with many years of real world experience in the architectural field. We also offer a special version of our Adobe Photoshop® class, which presents techniques in using Photoshop to optimize renderings and other digital images for presentation purposes.

About Our Microsoft Office Training
Computers in Design now offers a series of training classes in the world's leading productivity suite, Microsoft® Office®. Our focused classes in Microsoft Word®, Excel®, Powerpoint® and Access® are designed to give students the fundamental skills needed to use these programs effectively.

Location
Computers In Design, Inc. is located at 611 Broadway between Bleeker and Houston. The closest subway stop is the 6, D & B at Broadway / Lafayette. Public parking is also available across the street.

Facilities
The primary training lab at Computers In Design is equipped with 6 Dell® workstations with 933 Intel Pentium III processors, 256MB of RAM and 17" monitors. The workstations are networked together, and have Internet access. The classroom is equipped with its own scanner and printer. We also have a separate 2 workstation training area for one on one training sessions.

Hours
Morning classes run from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Afternoon classes run from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Evening classes run from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
