• Survey of your needs during our initial consultation
• Custom-designed graphics for main (home) page, based on business logo if applicable
• Custom-designed logo graphic headers for each page throughout the site, as appropriate
• All necessary HTML programming and scripting
• All final textual copy is to be provided by the client in electronic format. We accept all common PC and MAC word processing formats. There is an additional cost for converting copy provided in a desktop publishing program (Quark, InDesign, Pagemaker) or for hand keying in text.
• All images are to be provided in electronic format. We accept common PC and MAC graphic image formats. We prefer TIFFs to JPG's. There is an additional charge for scanning from photos, drawings, slides and transparencies, and for optimizing or cleaning up electronic images.
• We can accept 2D and 3D AutoCAD files in AutoCAD R14 and 2000 formats and also 3D VIZ and MAX files.
• Project Extranet for real time evaluation of your project (not included with Starter Site)
• Uploading your web site files to the web host of your choice. (We can also provide hosting services)

• Authoring or editing
• Graphics: extensive touch-up work or re-design
• Repeated consultations past the initial time included
• Additional pages or graphics not specified in the written proposal
• Additional forms, multimedia items, interactive elements not specified in written proposal
