Who is your target audience? Are they new to the web or experienced users?
 
     
Why will the audience come to the site?
What are they looking for? What do you want them to do? How can they benefit from your site? Develop scenarios.
 
     
Competitive Analysis:
What featured do the competitors have? What seems to work? What doesn't?
 
     
Look and Feel:
List three adjectives to describe how the site should be perceived by the user (Conservative, Professional, Cutting Edge, Casual).
 
     
Functional Requirements:
What programming functions need to be implemented on the web site?
